Med's NBA Roster v3.9e jerseys problem

Hello guys i just downloaded this Roster and I have problems with jerseys when player quality is set to low.White jerseys are too bright other colour jerseys are ok.When player quality is on high jerseys look normal but then i have low fps because my pc sukcs.I can provide pictures if you want.
So i have a question is there any solution to this problem?Can i manualy edit jerseys and make them normal not very very bright white?If I can which tools to use and is there any tutorial which i can follow?Thanks
