Is it possible to backport draft class from NBA 2k16 to NBA 2k14?

I have been looking for 2018 Draft class for NBA 2k14 for quite some time now. I recently found 2018 Draft class for NBA 2k16, from this thread below. So I wonder, is it possible to backport this to NBA 2k14? Are the cyberfaces interchangeable between the two versions? Anyone can help?

It's not possible. At least, not directly. I expect you could export textures and re-work them for use, and take information from a custom Draft Class and re-create it in NBA 2K14, but they aren't directly interchangeable.

I see, then how can I export textures? Is it tedious? If I have no experience working with cyberfaces, will it be difficult for me?

Yes, you would need to be familiar with face modding and the tools for both NBA 2K16 and NBA 2K14.

I see, that seems very difficult for me. I can make a Draft class using Red_MC, but the faces are a different beast. I guess perhaps I will really have to wait till 2017 or 2018 when someone makes a draft class then.

I know there have been a few prospect faces released for NBA 2K14. You could give those a shot and use create-a-player faces for the rest, if you were really keen to have that Draft Class in the game.
