please help me... how to use own design jersey in NBA 2K14

i have design jersey and i try to make that.. and in the game that jersey look like mix... if we look normal (in replay) that look original jersey but if we look closer that look like my jersey design... can you help me? please (sorry for bad english)

i paste in 3DM4.83 and they said

The texture is not saved correctly. You must save as dxt5 .dds file in photoshop and then import texture into iff file. You will not get an error anymore and jersey will show correctly.
