Hands-on impressions have suggested that the game feels and plays better this year, even if it doesn't look much different on current gen. That could provide at least a satisfactory experience if true, given the lower priority of current gen.

I have started to skulk back around, I lost a bit of interest in this when PC patch was forgotten which is poor support, you release a product you back it up the same no matter what platform, anyway .. old news.
I assume the patch will actually be 2K14 for PC with Euro, i cant see much differences, but as stated for modding that will be a bonus. To be honest its modding and user rosters that keeps me interested to come back around this time. 2k13 was my first experience of this game and so I will witness "incremental updates" the next year cycle here. I see they did the same as most sports next gen and pushed for the consoles pretty much the norm apart from PES in some ways.
Anyway, I think I will wait for demo, and then wait a little longer until modders start to sort things, or at least confirm what can be dumped from 2k13 ... scoreboards need a swift edit from the get go
EDIT: also coupled with the fact that you will know this version wont have any more of a killer FPS hit than the last seeing as its very similar. I dont have a great PC and have to tweak to get 13 stable but I cant see a bigger ask for 14.
