Team Chemistry and Morale in MyCareer

There is no Team Chemistry and Morale in my MyCareer mode making it unrealistic and not fun because of superteams that built upon it self. Does anyone know how to turn it on? The team chemistry in the home page shows N/A (pic below). I tried to use RED MC and it shows that the chemistry at 8.5 and I tried to change it but it still doesn't work. Thank you for reading this.
