Help With 2k14. I can't get past the Myplayer screen.

I just recently bought 2k14 & I have been trying to play it for the past couple of days. When I turn on the game, it brings up the MyPlayer screen & CD Key. After I enter the information, I'm able to play the game. The problem comes when I exit the game. Everytime I exit the game, this menu keeps popping up & it forces me to re-enter the information. How can I fix this?

Enter a date of birth that's under 13. It won't let you use any online features, but that's a moot point now that online support has ended anyway. It shouldn't come up anymore after that.

When I put my regular date of birth in, I can play the game & access all the features, but when I put in a younger date of birth, it bypasses the CD Key & takes me directly to the game, but I can't scroll through the menu. It's broken & glitches when I try to scroll. How can I fix this?

Sorry, I've never encountered anything like that. That's usually been the fix since the servers shut down. Is it the disc version or a working Steam key?
