Hello everyone, I need your great help please ... how do I put all the players at 19 years old and not have any season races done until I start in association mode ... thanks I hope for your great help

You can edit your association/roster files with RED MC, which is available for free. (see here: https://forums.nba-live.com/downloads.php?view=detail&df_id=8757). But I have no idea what you mean by "season races"?
