roster name cannot have "-"?

I "think" this is true, but I'm hoping someone can confirm/refute?

Everything was fine until I changed the name of a roster and added a "-" in the name. (e.g. rostermine -> roster-mine) I made no other change to the roster.
After that, I could load the roster-mine roster fine, but when I played an exhibition game, it would crash at the loading screen. If I loaded a saved game that had been started with the original rostermine, it would play fine, and I could exit the saved game, and start a new game. That would work fine.

I then changed roster-mine to rosterISmine, and now it works fine again.

If roster-mine wouldn't even load, I could understand that. But, it seems strange that it loads fine, but then the exhibition game's "loading" code can't seem to handle the "-". If this is true, maybe this will just be a heads up to save other gamers potential aggravation/troubleshooting.

That's correct. If you try to enter a hyphen in the name of a save in-game, it won't let you type it. For whatever reason, the game doesn't support saving files with a hyphen, so if you change it outside of the game it results in unpredictable behaviour and crashes.
