hello.

is there any way to convert files from nba 2k15-16-17 to nba 2k14 ? its only to get the new red jersey for the clippers and i didnt find any mod for this jersey for 2k14 directly.

It's probably possible. I don't know how much manipulation is needed to get them working properly in the early games, so I'll leave that to someone with more knowledge and experience, but I'm assuming it's not as easy as copy and paste. If nothing else, the numbers are probably fiddly, but again, I'll leave the specifics for someone with more knowledge.
