Black arena an cd and same thing. Alsod floor

i am having an issue with cavs arena and floor. All black in game. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game from the original cd and same thing. Also no lebron intro video and start screen. Tried a number of times with no luck. Any ideas that I could try would be helpful., Thanks in advance.
