New Blacktop Locations

So, I recently purchased NBA 2k17 for android. If you're not familiar with 2K on Android, it's just the last gen version (xbox 360, ps3). The first thing I did was try out Blacktop and to my surprise there are about 6 or seven different locations! (Video attached for reference) My thought is, if able to open the OBB file, we can extract these courts and add them to 2k14 PC. If anybody has any knowledge on that subject, please help! lol

That'd be very nice if it were possible.

I have them all unlocked if that helps.
In MyCareer you can sim matches but still do all of your off day events unlike console versions.
I did this with one of my careers so I could unlock all the areas and characters.
