Custom league in season mode

Hi,

I have not found such discussion so I start a new topic.

Is there any mod or maybe somehow it is possible in vanilla to play a season with historical roster - say 1991 - with a number of teams and divisions that existed at that time?

Unfortunately not. It's a limitation mods just have to work with as best as possible.
