Help me please to change team name

Hi! I'm playing currently in NBA 2K14 Medevenx FIBA patch. Really great patch. I wanted to play for my home country, but it wasn't in the game.
I don't know how to add team or add photos, so I have to replace one team (Chinese Taipei and some photos from retro teams I never play).

Looks OK for me but I couldn't change team name.

Thats not a big problem but if somebody help me to change team name to ROSSIJA - RUSSIA, and TPE to RUS, I will be great appreciate it. Here is screens and .ROS file attached. TIA!

I'd certainly buy RED MC if I planned to make serious modes or something big.
Here I want to change just 4 words in roster. So I hoped on the help of the community. Who has time and maybe full version of RED MC.

I tried to use hex edit on .ROS to find bank of names or something, but found nothing. In decompressed roster.iff there's no Serbia or Usa or Chinese Taipei etc.

If somebody has a tutorial how to change names, I could change it myself.
It's kinda very strange database. If I change one single character in players name? for example Carter-Williams to Darter-Williams, I receive 39 bytes changed, including 4 CRC bytes. When I change it back to Carter-Williams, I'm not receiving original file, so it's very strange.

I could just unlock Russia for you. We do have the Russian team in FIBA 2K. We just don't have the player cyberfaces, etc.
