Can't open stadium file

I am trying to edit some textures of sOSL in UBR (Orlando Summer League stadium), I wanna remove all Orlando emblems and replace them with Lakers emblems, but I can't open stadium file in 3DM tool nor NBA 2KXX tool. I always get message:

Unsupported IFF

Any suggestions?

waas they file your trying to open edited with redmc.... if it was, thats your problem... after saving files in redmc, it locks them.. see if you can open default stadium, if you can than the file your trying to open has been edited and saved with redmc, therefore 3dm and 2kxtool wont be able to open or modify it
