I can't launch the game anymore after Windows 10 upgrade

Has anyone found a solution for this?
None of the compatibility troublshooting options work either. I tried every old setting Win 8, Win 7, Vista, XP, and none of those will launch it.
I'd hate to give up UBR after all of the work Hawk and the crew put in

Did you try updating or rolling back drivers? I could run it on 10 until I updated the drivers. I rolled them back and it worked again. I didn't like 10 so I went back to 8.1, though.

Means you have the pirated version of the game?

you need to updated tour drivers and more importantly your direct x... had the same problem unitl i updated directx drivers, windows 10 is missing drivers needed for the version of drivers 2k works on
