need a great help for one cyberface

Hello everyone and thanks to the forum, i really need to add one of my favorite player to an old roster but I can't create this. The player is Vincenzo Esposito, an Italian player who played for the raptors in 1995-96 season. Can someone create this cyberface for me please?
I'm very thankfull.
