NBA 2K14 64bit

Hi guys,
I recently upgraded my pc to 16gb ram, but i still use Win 7 32bit, and i want to upgrade to 64bit.
But my question is, can nba 2k14 run with 64bit? Or is there anything i need to do?

No, it works fine in Windows 7 64 bit.
