Next Gen Arm Sleeve file?

I'm creating a custom global.iff for my own use, but I can't find the Next Gen looking padded arm sleeve files anywhere..
Does somebody have a link to it?

If you're referring to a Global with NG Sleeve you can download Lagoa's Global since he was the first to made that NG sleeve in 2k14 pc.
