multiple My Career Seasons

I've searched up and down through threads, getting info on this. I'm aware of the C2D in this mode during various points. Has anyone successfully played multiple years in my career in the PC, and if so, what workarounds did you use for the C2D glitch.

I actually just got this problem too, and I was half way through on my first season
