How do I edit rotation in MyCareer?

Hello,

I've just finished my 2st season in MyCareer mode. Team has bough two power-forwards, and there's only one center left on the team. And he's down in the rotation with like 7-8 minutes, even the overall is higher than any of the bench players. In short, how do I give someone more playing time and take some minutes from some players?

I'm playing on a PC.
