Once and for all is there a working ps3 roster editor?

Well, after spending the last 2 days searching for a ps3 editor im sad to say i didnt found any working ones.
Im probably wrong because i did found lot of mentions to ps3 roster editor but no working download links.
Is there anyone here who can send me or publish a working ps3 roster editor?
Im just dying to fix the euroleague rosters.

you are more likely to find console stuff at operationsports, we are mainly a PC oriented community
