AI with better brains?

Is there any type of AI file to make them more aggressive and intelligent or have you all noticed that sliders do a pretty good job of this? I ask because I am not very up to date on the intricacies of how players are supposed to react and if 2k comes pretty close to proper reactions by the AI or if they could use a boost?

There aren't any patches for this, just slider tweaks. Beyond that, it comes down to the development team improving the AI in future releases.
