Reflection Blur

Anyone know how can make the reflections in the court blur more??? So that it would like the floor is smooth? Like this?

Oh yeah bro i am actually making next gen courts now hahahi started with the clippers, all that is left that i need to know is the stadium lighting, i saw bliss milwaukee bucks court and it has lighting that is close to next gen, i wish someone would care to help me, but no one helps, they have all the knowledge but they dont share it enough

i tried changing values in the hex on steroids but it wont change anything

Yea bro i tried changing the ones with -38 -37 like that, i tried to make it whole number like 0, 1 ,3, and the court becomes light blue and black

CONCLUSION SO ITS MAINLY ON THE fxxx.iff file, but when i look at the milwaukee fxxx.iff file, i mean, its just normal, the floor texture is plain and the logos are plain, so i dont know, how did he did that, maybe hex editing, but i dont know how to do that

I dont think it's in the floor file, I think it should be in stadium file which has the lighting on the stadium. take for example the Warriors lighting on the stadium compare to other stadium with less lighting.

But bro your bucks court has like the center of the court is more lighted and the sides of the court faded. I want to know how to do that.
