Playoff mode roster management

Once I have started a new playoff mode , the game does not let you change rotations (except the first team in the West) or manage rosters (edit players e.t.c), even though I picked all teams user controlled. Is there a way or any tool that can change rotations and rosters?

I know a little bit how to manage rosters through Red Mc. But since you start a new playoff mode based on a certain roster file , you can no longer manage rosters through Red Mc because it applies only on roster files and not playoff files.Anyway I started my playoffs again and this time it lets me navigate through all teams to change rotations! I guess sometimes it does, sometimes it does not. But still the game does not let you edit players through the course of the playoffs. That's a major bug of the game

I found out that Alec zou tool can make some editing once new playoffs have started!
