I don't know much about the shoes, so i can't answer much about em, but i don't think the iff files changed much, so you can give it a try or just export the 2k12 texture and import it into a 2k14 iff shoe file.

no they dont work. thats why ubr has to start all over in making shoes for the historical seasons
