Crowd.iff

Can someone please provide me with a crowd.iff file that would remove crowds in game? In my career, whenever I play scrimmage, I get good fps, but whenever I play an actual game, my fps drops. Not to the extent that would make the game unplayable, but I would still like the performance boost removing crowds would give me.
P.S This is coming from someone with a PC lurking below the minimum requirements.

make sure your crowd settings in onl low

I've already placed my crowd settings on low, and even went as far as to set it to zero in the saves folder. Still, due to the fact that my computer is quite old, and the difference in performance between scrimmage and an actual game is astronomical, I would really love to remove the crowds in game altogether.
