Removed all ENB files but its still changing gamecolour !!

Hey guys,
I installed a enb , think it was zildjans and after I removed all the files !! checked properly.. then everything turned back to normal but when I get an ingame replay after an highlight the colours turn back to the old enb pallet for a while.... then they slowly return back to my default colours .. what could it be ??? please somebody ??
im sure I removed all files belonging to the enb !!
