Blank Shoes??

Anybody know what happened to the latest shoe update?? I see that new slots and names for Li-Nings and Nikes (e.g. W.O.W. II and the All-Star shoes), but they are now shoes there; just the white templates. I tried deleting my downloaded %adddata% files but nothing.

Anybody else have this problem or a solution?
