Jersey making problem

Jersey making problem

I made some textures of jerseys and converted them to normal maps (that went all good) and than in-game they are too bright. Their colour is white and it is unwatchable.
I used JaoSming's method if that matters. Please help!!! :|

i haven't solved it. sometimes it happens sometimes it doesnt
