online data files

i'm trying to use hans newest roster (12.12) which includes online data and shoes files. the online data file contains court f016.iff but i want to use sixers updated court. i have tried delete the f016.iff file in online data and also replacing it with sixers version but everytime i try the game always crashes. does anyone know how to delete or replace the files in online data without crashing the game?
