Colored lights in crowd

As probably many of you know, the PC version of NBA 2K13 was different from the console, in particular, do not have colored lighting on the stadium crowd (according to the team colors), it was white. But there was NBA 2K13 Massive Total Mod, which made many graphical changes and also these colors (unfortunately I do not know whose this mod (coloder lights) separately).
So, someone in the know, whose mod was for NBA2K13 and whether you can do it for NBA 2K14?

I believe it was done through changing the spotlight textures in the stadium file. I could be wrong though

Jao's right, it's a texture in the stadium file, texture 17 (DDS:0).It's the one that has 4 spot lights.

-Export Res
- Colorize as you wish
-Save as DDS (DXT1)
-Import.
