Scaling down heads?

I was wondering is there a way to scale down a player's head in NBA 2K14? Anthony Bennett's head is out of proportion so I want to scale it down. I tried using blender and scaled everything down but nothing changed. Help anybody?

Make sure that when you scale it down in blender that you're in edit mode, if you scale it down in object mode then the changes won't take effect when you import. If you scale down though, you may through the eyes/teeth/headband out of alignment so you'll have to scale down those as well.
