few questions about 2k14

first of all, is nba working online or not? i have played +/-10 ONLINE Quick Match games and finished 2 without getting disconnected. i have added exception for nba to my windows firewall, and i have enabled dmz mode in router. so whats the problem? (oh, and there is always 478 players online)

second thing, sometimes i get this message in game: "in response to your negative activity bla bla bla" and i cant connect for few seconds. what the hell is that? what is my negative activity? that i paid money for this game or what?

and last thing, how can i play with friends, and how can i add friends to my 2kaccount???
there is no search / add option.

It's 2K's servers. Online support for the PC version leaves much to be desired. As for the negative activity, it could be an incorrect error message or a false positive, kind of like how some users were having their MyPLAYER names rejected on the basis that they contained profanity, when they certainly did not.

The only way to play with a friend is to begin a two player Online Association. Aside from that, all you can do is play random match-ups.
