Hex Editing CF File

Can the png____ CF files be edited to allow for a higher resolution texture? Or is Texmod the only way to get HD Cyberfaces?

yes, it can be hex edited....but, no one has really been able to do it. ariel over at moddingway did a couple HD iff files for courts, but we couldn't figure out how to do it for CFs
