Great breakdown, well worth checking out. As I mentioned in the other thread, the gameplay improvements sound very promising and I hope they stand up over an extended period of playing the game.

As far as the negatives are concerned, several of them aren't a big deal for me as I can tolerate similar presentation, lack of detail on the Euroleague teams and some aesthetic shortcomings, but this did catch my eye:

I don't know if this was in last year’s game but there are no optional controller settings in this year’s game.

As someone who has preferred to use the Absolute control option rather than Screen Relative, that has me a little concerned. Hopefully he's just talking about fully customisable controls, with that setting still being there.

Consoles have been able to use alternate control schemes that swapped buttons and functions around. I think that was what he was referring to, not the absolute/camera thing

Not bad. Some of those things were in 2K13. I like the information on the defensive AI and the physicality.
