What i think it's really impressive is the offensive coordination in motion, i mean the players really gotta know where to move when a pick and roll is set at the offensive end of the court. So, my question is very simple: Does defence knows? Or: Defence can learn improve guarding those situations, i mean, AI improves not just offensively but defensively too?

It's not impressive, because the play breaks down. Running half a play is, in some ways, more frustrating than moving around randomly.
