Help with Backing up all files quickly

Is there any way to quickly and securely back up all of my 2k14 files? I'm planning on starting to edit/install mods for it and the 2KX method is too slow so I'm hoping there is another way. Thank you in advance!

I would just make a folder and copy the entire 2K14 directory into it.
