Ultimate Base Roster problem

I've downloaded all 7 parts of the UBR and and copied and pasted the first 6 parts into my main 2k14 folder and the last part i copied and pasted into the Saves Folder however i am missing some cyberfaces like Josh Mcroberts and Jeff Green and their png files are in the 2k14 folder but there still missing their faces i've tryed to downloaded some patches of them but still nothing how do i fix this ? it doesn't make any sense do i have to redownload the parts or something ?

Post any issues with UBR in the release thread. They're more likely to be seen and get an answer there. You might also want to check through the thread first to see if the issue has already been addressed.

You can find that thread in the Releases & Previews section. It's very active, so it shouldn't be hard to spot.
