Editing Team's chemistry

Hello, guys. I need your help here. I was editing 90's season .ROS file and wondered why such great and good teams as Pistons, Cavs, Jazz have such low team chemistry while teams like Mavericks or Heat (with young Glen Rice) have such high team chemistry. It is unreal to have retro rosters with current team's chemistry. Can someone edit these values in attached .ROS file?

Pistons from 10 to 85
Cavs from 20 to 50
Mavericks from 95 to 40
Heat from 85 to 50
Jazz from 25 to 70
Knicks from 50 to 65
Nets from 15 to 40
Nuggets from 65 to 50
Rockets from 50 to 70
Warriors from 30 to 50
