2k14 crashes when loading Association?

So, I've got an association save that I have put 100+ hours into and until today I have had no problems loading it. However, as soon as I load it, it shows the homepage (the headlines and stuff) for 1 second and then my game crashes to desktop. All other game modes work fine. Idk if it is corrupted, if it is idk how because I haven't changed anything since I last played, but since I have put so much time into this association I really don't want to have to restart. Any ideas on how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
