englishbootup.iff - fail

When I replace this file in my Game folder it loads ans shows up the default one. 
What can I do to make it work???

Well you can check your Appdata->Roaming->2KSports->NBA2K14->Online Data Folder
And see if there's an englishbootup.iff file there, if it is there, just delete it or replace with your own. Let me know later on if it's fixed.

yeah, I tried but it still doesn't work for me. any other possibility?
