Who are the best teams from each decade?

Hey everyone, I am looking to create an association using Hawks amazing roster and Vlad's amazing editor.
The Idea was to have a division from each decade and play it out using the new draft classes. I am not sure how easy it will be to put this association together, I am still in the process of working on that.
HOWEVER I was hoping to get people opinions on what teams they would choose from each decade
This is what I have so Far, lots of blank space please provide some input.
What I am trying to accomplish.
1) I want to try and represent every great player at his peak during history (Even if his team is not amazing)
2) I want to try and not duplicate a player at all and if I do I would prefer it to just be a role player (Horace Grant, etc)
3) I am not to concerned about having a certain team multiple times, due to many uniform combinations and naming conventions.
4) Lastly I was going to go 60,70,80 in the west and 90,00,10 in the east, but felt that might be a bit uneven as athletically the game has changed? What do you guys suggest?

Anyways my first test went very well. I swap the 76ers with the 92-93 Bulls. I created a association and simmed the season. Things went very Well Jordan averaged 29.6 6.4 and 4 however Durant outdid him for MVP with 298, 7.5 and 6. The Bulls went into the playoffs with a bunch of injuries and lost to the Raptors??? WTF
So I obviously got some tweaking to do, but it was a blast. I am going to do a full blown out test tonight. I will also set the rivals correctly for each team and then do another test.
I also think that the past teams in UBR don't hawk SIG SKILLS it appears. I am still new to 2k14 so I am just figuring it out. This is going to work really well and I am looking forward to playing this association with the best teams for each of the last 6 decades.

I have just one thought.
How can you have 90's without the Rockets, and 80's without 76ers?
