Error with Nba2KXModTool

Hey,
I have recently dealing with an issue I didn't had before in Nba2KXModTool.
Whenever I try to open any file from 2K14 I get this thing:
The programs works fine with 2K13 Files by the way...
What should I do?

why did you blur out the C:\Program files?
move the files to a different folder. It looks like the tool isnt being able to create temporary files in that folder.
