Anyway to edit Coach Ratings?

is there a tool or someway to edit Coaching ratings? Steve Clifford of the Bobcats is looking like a excellent coach yet 2k has him as a D in everything but teaching which is at a C. All of these are too low and never go up so i have to change coaches or risk being bad if i ever simulate. Any way to fix this?

I don't know, cause i don't have REDMC yet, but i think you can do that using REDMC.
