Bulls retool

i wouldnt call it a full a makeover but im trying to think like a NBA owner and build a very competive roster and get as close to or under the tax as i can So here are my options right now that im not sure what i want to do

would you rather have Al Jefferson and Gerald Henderson from Cha Giving me this roster and leaves me 275K over the tax

Or should i go with Arron Affalo from Orl and Channing Frye from Phx which gives me this lineup and puts me 5.26 Mil under the tax

I guess I'd go with the first option.

Talent wise, first option. More shooting, second option.
