How to convert headshapes from 2k12 to 2k13-14!!??

I am having trouble converting the headshapes of players from 2k12 iffs to 2k13-14 iffs. Im using 3dm and i get the face and arm textures converted just fine but when i try to put in the new headshape it doesnt work. Can someone help me with this PLLLLLEEEEEEAAASSEE!!
