sacramento 2002 and edit eurolegaue

Hello,i am woundering when will be program to edit euroleague teams and to trade players from those teams to NBA teams ,and second question to memost important thing is sacramento kings from 2002,is there any way to get that team ,or just peja Stojakovic into nba 2k14 ...

at some point we will be able to do these things, but it requires a proper roster editor.
