NBA Finals Home Court Advantage bug

It's a pretty old bug and i've found other people having that issue...
So basically it's the team with a lower seed that gets the home court advantage in the Finals...
So I'm wondering is there a way to fix that or is that just an unfixable bug?

Unfixable as far as I'm aware.
