My NBA 2k14 is freezing every 5 secs???

Can someone please help me. Im enjoying the hell out of NBA 2k14 lately. I have the ultimate mods added in. But just today while playing the game im now going threw a situation where the game keeps freezing stuttering every 5 sec. Is this something that happen when you start adding mods. I added in this paul pierce mod in and that's when I think this stutter started happing....


Is there a solution to this problem....just when i started to really fall in love with the game this happens

Ok I found the problem. well not found the problem, but more like gave it a quick fix.

So all I did was I disconnected from the internet. And it worked.
