We CAN, theoretically. You can use Leftos' Audio Tool and replace the commentary. Tried it once, I kept waiting for my mp3 to be announced. Waited til I gave up.

You have to use wav format with 44.1 Mhz bitrate

Yes you can but there are lots of audio files to replace
